These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Tradivr OS indicator (“the Indicator”) for TradingView. By purchasing, accessing, or using the Indicator, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Indicator.
1. What you’re buying
Tradivr sells a one-time, lifetime license to use the Tradivr OS indicator on the TradingView account associated with the TradingView username you provide at checkout. The Indicator is delivered as a TradingView invite-only script.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase the Indicator. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Account & access
Access to the Indicator is bound to the TradingView username you provide at checkout. We invite that single account. License access is non-transferable. We do not move access between TradingView accounts after the initial invite is sent.
We use a magic-link (passwordless) authentication system to give you access to your Tradivr dashboard. Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to your inbox can log in as you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Share, redistribute, sublicense, resell, or publish the Indicator’s source code or signals.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Indicator’s logic.
- Use the Indicator to create a competing product or service.
- Use the Indicator on multiple TradingView accounts beyond the one you registered.
- Misrepresent the Indicator’s output as your own original analysis when reselling it.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by xMoney. We accept card and cryptocurrency payments. Prices are listed in USD; cryptocurrency payments are converted at xMoney’s live rate at the time of checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize xMoney to charge the payment method provided.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refunds Policy. In short: all sales are final unless we fail to deliver indicator access, or you accidentally pay twice.
7. Termination
We may revoke your indicator access without refund if you violate Section 4 (Acceptable use), engage in fraud or chargeback abuse, or otherwise breach these Terms in a material way. Revocation is performed by removing your TradingView account from the indicator invite list.
8. No financial advice
The Indicator provides analytical signals based on market structure. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. See our Risk Disclaimer for details.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tradivr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, capital, or trading positions, arising out of or related to your use of the Indicator. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid Tradivr in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Service availability
We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Indicator available on TradingView and our dashboard accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. TradingView is a third-party platform; we are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or limitations imposed by TradingView.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Indicator after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
