Tradivr OS is sold as a one-time, lifetime indicator license. Because access is delivered to your TradingView account quickly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, our refund policy is intentionally narrow. We want you to read this before you buy, not after.
The default: all sales are final
Once your payment is confirmed and an invite to the Tradivr OS indicator has been sent to the TradingView username you provided at checkout, the sale is considered complete and non-refundable. This is the standard model for lifetime digital licenses.
When we DO refund
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
- We cannot deliver the indicator. If, more than 7 days after payment confirmation, we have not sent your TradingView invite (or your invite repeatedly fails for reasons on our end), email support@tradivr.com and we will refund the purchase in full.
- Duplicate purchase. If you accidentally paid twice for the same TradingView account within 14 days, contact support with both order references and we will refund the duplicate.
- Unauthorized charge. If a payment was made without your authorization (e.g. fraudulent use of your card), contact us immediately and also notify your card issuer or wallet provider.
When we do NOT refund
Reasons that do not qualify for a refund include:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You no longer use TradingView, switched platforms, or stopped trading.
- You read the Indicator’s signals but did not trade them.
- You traded the signals and the trades lost money.
- You did not read these Terms or the Risk Disclaimer before buying.
- You provided the wrong TradingView username at checkout. (Contact support — we will work with you to correct it but we do not refund.)
- Your account was terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email support@tradivr.com with:
- Your order reference (look in your payment confirmation email).
- The email address you used at checkout.
- The TradingView username you provided.
- A short explanation of why you’re requesting the refund.
We respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Card payments: refunded to the same card. Funds typically appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
- Cryptocurrency payments: refunded in the same cryptocurrency you paid in, to the wallet address xMoney has on record from the original transaction. The refunded crypto amount equals the USD value of your purchase at the time the refund is processed (so crypto price fluctuations between purchase and refund are your gain or your cost — we refund the dollar amount you paid).
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support — particularly for situations our policy does not cover — will result in immediate revocation of indicator access and may make you ineligible for future Tradivr purchases.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refunds Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply only to purchases made after the revision date; purchases made under a previous version of this Policy are governed by the Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
