This Privacy Policy describes how Tradivr (“we”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit tradivr.com or purchase the Tradivr OS indicator.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to deliver the product:
- Email address — for login (magic links), purchase receipts, and product updates.
- TradingView username — to send your indicator invite to the right TradingView account.
- Billing country — required by our payment processor for compliance.
- Payment metadata — order ID, amount, currency, and payment method. We do not see or store your card number or full cryptocurrency wallet details. Payment is processed entirely by xMoney.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the indicator to your TradingView account.
- To send login (magic) links and purchase confirmations.
- To respond to support requests.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax records, etc.).
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for retargeting.
3. Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of well-known infrastructure providers:
- xMoney — payment processing (card and crypto).
- Resend — transactional email (magic links, welcome emails).
- MongoDB Atlas — database hosting (encrypted at-rest).
- Railway — backend application hosting.
- Vercel — frontend hosting.
- Hostinger — domain & DNS.
Each processor has its own privacy practices. We share with them only the data needed for them to perform their function.
4. Cookies
We use a single authentication cookie (auth_token) to keep you logged in. It is HTTP-only, encrypted, and scoped to the tradivr.com domain. We do not use third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data while your purchase remains active (i.e. for the lifetime of your indicator access). You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@tradivr.com. Deletion will remove your account and indicator access; purchase records may be retained to meet tax and accounting requirements.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, or receive an export of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email support@tradivr.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Children
Tradivr is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own (notably the United States and the European Union, where our infrastructure providers operate). We rely on the standard data-protection commitments these providers make in their own terms.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts by email.
